I want to earn more money than i am doing in the UK & its either US or Luxembourg for countries with higher GNI per capita than UK

It seems that the adverage person in Lux is earning 20k more. Should i move there?

Yes you should. You have a poor understanding of data and statistics. Lux is much smaller, a center of banking. It is a beautiful place, used to live a few kilometers from there. Love the area. USA is a bit bigger. Cost of living overall is lower.

For the well educated (or just lucky) able bodied young, the USA is your oyster ..
Get ill, get old or get unlucky and poor, and it's hell on earth ..
