Jesus was prophet and a man. Jews were throwing stones to him and tried to kill him but on his earnst requests God saved him and lifted him to the heavens.
Black stone and Muslim:
A Muslim who even think about black stone is counted as a disbeliever according to the teaching of Islam. Ka'aba was mosque of Adam. Later prophet Abraham rebuild it with the help of his son Ishmael. During construction he thought to put a beautiful stone at the corner, English word Corner Stone is take from that. He asked his son to bring a stone with different color. He was tired and replied in hesitation but went to look for some. He could not find any different color because in that area all stones are similar nature. But when he came back he found a beautiful stone was already there. He wondered and asked his father about it. Abraham replied that it was brought by the one who never tired. It was brought by the Holy Spirit (angel Gabriel) and God sent him there. So being a gift from God he kissed it with love. Similarly muslim kiss it. And muslim never pray the Ka'aba but the God of Ka'aba. Being the first mosque on this earth it is the oldest house of God. So while facing it muslim express that they worship the Lord of this house, meaning the Lord who created Adam and who was Lord of Abraham.
The people who do not know, they must tell that they have no information about it, and I thing it will be better than farting in public just to show the tore off anus.

From a historical perspective, it is highly unlikely.
The historical being, known as Jesus Christ, lived approximately 2000 years ago, give or take a decade or two.
The historial being, known as the Prophet Mohammed, lived approximately 1300 years ago, give or take.
Therefore, how or why would the historical Christ have any knowledge of Mohammed?
If you wish to study Christianity, Judiasm, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. etc., be sure that you also study the history surrounding each.
