No, the opposite. Your blood gets thin when it's well circulated and people who work out regularly (like me) have normal blood pressure, sometimes low following exercise. I know because I donate plasma, so my blood pressure is taken twice a week.

Try a new saddle, one with a cut out. I don't know why, but sometimes saddles that were OK are not after a while. They either deform or breakdown overtime or our bodies change. An hour a day really isn't much saddle time. So make sure you stand on the bike every few minutes to relive the pressure. Also don't sit on the saddle and mash the pedals at slow speed, straddle the saddle and spin the pedals at high rpm. I think you are shouldn't try ED pills as they are full of nitrates and have bad side effects like heart problems or blindness.

The first answer is correct but at the same time you are burning glucose resulting in water production and CO2. blood gushes out from liver and spleen, and heparin too is secreted.
The above results more or less 500 ml of blood in your system.
At first BP rises and also your h/r, when you are rest p will fall down, and your heart rate can be 40 to 50 bpm.
Consult your doctor.
