I found that i would like to change the approach of my sessions coz i think it did not start right & therefore has been ineffective and it's too late to tell my current doc.

no. I would not. u will feel guilty coming back, hoping not to see your ex dr, it might affect your sessions; i've done that with family dr and sometimes I still run into her when I go to that office and it is awkward

Changing Psychiatrists within the same clinic
would certainly simplify the process! !
Drs are like anyone else.
We all come across people that don't quite "fit" our needs.
The great thing about a clinic, is that there is coverage by other Drs if yours is out of town.
