this is to someone with herpes?

i HAVE HERPES and I'm on meds for it but not got everyday only when i break out but i have a break out n i just took my meds but it wont kick in yet n go away i have a mild case and im just wondering does anyone out thier know wat else to do to stop the itching?

You can always take a Bendryl (diphenhydramine), which is an antihistamine, to help with the itching. You can also take something for the pain like Motrin (ibuprofen).

It's a good idea to wear some soft clothing too. Cotton underwear and loose fitting clothes are the best. Don't wear anything tight fitting.
