Depending on age and theme,

One good stand by favorite that's fun.

Make your own tacos bar (soft and hard) put out all the fixings and let them do their thing.

Add a fresh fruit slices tray with a vanilla fat free yogurt with small jar of marshmellow fluff, yum.

Follow with home baked cookies on a tiered cake plate
top with mini b-day cake for the special person.

Beverages: White Sangria or Mojitos for adults, virgin
cocktail for minors, or fruit punch, sode or juice.

Colorful and clean up easy.

Cream Cheese Sandwiches!

In mixing bowl combine block of Philly Cream Cheese, 2 or 3 TBSP's of Milk, several pinches of Minced Onion and 1 or 2 cap fulls of lemon juice. Blend until smoothe. (Add more milk or lemon juice to taste). The more onion the better!

Spread evenly on two slices of bread, add 2-3 slices of Carl buddig Corned Beef, cover with second slice and slice diagonally, trim off the crusts!! AWESOME!!

You didn't mention how old the guest of honor is going to be or the general ages of the party goers, but here are some ideas for kids of all ages:

1. Chicken tenders and ranch dipping sauce: Slice boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips and marinate overnight in Italian dressing. Drain and roll in panko bread crumbs flavored with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden and cooked thu.
2. Home made french fries: Cut Russet potatoes into 8ths and toss with olive oil and rosemary. Bake for 1 hour (depending on how many you have and how big they are) tossing half way thru. Serve with chicken tenders and catsup.
3. Fresh vege platter with ranch dressing
4. Fruit kabobs with Nutella dipping sauce
5. Turkey and roast beef rollups: using flatbread or flour tortillas, layer sliced turkey with herb and garlic cream cheese, green chili strips, romaine lettuce and tomato. Roll up jellyroll style and slice into 1 inch pieces. Secure with toothpicks and serve. You can do the same using roast beef and horseradish cream sauce, or Black forest ham and sweet mustard.
6. Artichoke and crab dip, hot, with tortilla chips.
7. Spinach dip in bread bowl with sliced baguette
8. Bake a ham and glaze it with brown sugar, cloves, and nutmeg. Slice thin for sandwiches. Serve with mini orange muffins and cream cheese or sweet butter and other artisan breads.
9. Ice cream sandwiches: use your favorite store-bought favorites and place a scoop of ice cream between two. Roll in nuts and/or candy pieces and keep in the freezer until serving.
10. Deviled eggs

selection of sandwiches:
- tomato's and cucumbers all cut to slices
