I have an idea for how to protect municipal water supplies, and prevent summer-time utility gouging, in Illinois. Anyone willing to join this discussion, and share idea's?

I live in Michigan, but I'm moving to Chicago very soon. I'm very worried about some of the plans not only Chicago has, but Illinois in general for water usage as it relates to the Great Lakes over the next decade.

This amazing natural resource is shared by many and a value on countless levels. We need to start looking at how this resources is "collectively" used by all that border on her shores.

So yes, I'm very interested in discussing water conservation as it relates to Illinois.
