I have a 'complicated medical history' as my many doctors say. The three main things I have to keep an eye on is my epilepsy - caused by a non-malignant brain tumor, my heart - dilated cardiomyopathy, and my kidneys and bladder are failing.
I sometimes have TIA, or mini-strokes as some people call them. My last one was last week. My home nurse/carer keeps regular obs each day, including my blood pressure, last night it went up to 199/135 my heart rate was 201bpm. My heart very often 'misses' a beat, but last night it was very irregular, it 'missed' several beats and then suddenly increased this showed up on the bp machine.
I am on the waiting list for a new heart, and today I feel okish. But my left arm is very numb and there is hardly any feeling in my fingers. Everytime I pick something up with my left hand I immediately drop it.

Should I be overly worried, or is this normal for someone in my condition.

Serious answers only please, thank you.

If you have heart problems then you should be well-versed on all the early warning signs. They would have been drilled into you by doctors by now. So you know darn well that a numb arm on either side, for women, can be a symptom or a precursor to a heart attack.

I would get it checked...you have a major heart history, and I would not mess around with it...If you go to the ER and get it checked and it is nothing...what harm would it do??

Left arm numbness, jaw pain, and back pain are some major symptoms of a heart attack...

Please just go get it checked

Obviously very few of us have been in your shoes, but my guess would be that in your situation, this is probably par for the course, I wouldnt say normal, but it shouldnt reallly surprise anyone. If you have home health care professionals, they should let you know if and when to be worried!

I've heard of MS patients having that, it's a neurological disorder.

I would get it checked out! It could be a sign of a stroke or heart attack. Or it could be nothing, but to be safe i would check it out.
