what is a vegetarian item that is good and without mushrooms on most chinese menus?

One good thing about Chinese takeaway is that it is 100% freshly cooked so you can always ask them to omit the mushrooms

Why don't you just ask them to leave out the mushrooms if you don't like them? I have no problem getting places to leave the broccoli off my stir-fry dishes.

if you are a true vegan know that they use the same wok to fry your veggies in that they just used for a pork or chicken dish..its all one anyway...the cow is the grass is us is the cow, so eat and enjoy
