I like Sutan's Delight. It's a Turkish recipe made from braised boneless lamb with tomatoes over pureed eggplant.

My favorite is Tabouleh Salad, Grape Leaves & Eggplant dip. I am Middle Eastern and grew up with many dishes, but these are my all time favorites!

Grape leaves are my absolute favorite, also I love ok I don't know how to spell it correctly at all because when I was little i accidently called them "flat tires" and now my whole family calls them that but it is meat and onion in a triangle shaped bread dough. :) I also love the flat bread with the thyme mixture in it. yummmm!

Shawarma - thin slices of cooked beef with cucumber, cabbage, yogurt, comes with sauce either garlic or spicy. My niece, 12 and nephew, 10, like it.
