when i ad total kidney failure Had to go on dialysis and wait for a transplant. talk to your doctor to find a good doctor for your dialysis and a good center to have your treatments in.god bless you.

Depends on the cause.
If you have kidney failure from not having enough fluids, drink more water.
If it is from medications (ibuprofen, naprosyn) stop the meds.
If it is from obstruction, see a urologist.
If it is from high blood pressure or diabetes, keep those diseases under control.

when you have this kind of failure you will go on a machine certain times of the week for periods of time. this is when the diabetics is getting worse. take care.
