An artificial heart is a last ditch attempt to prolong your life. (Example: If you are a candidate for a heart transplant but are almost to the point of death, the surgical team may pull your diseased heart and use an artificial heart in it's place.) If you have one, you are almost certainly in the hospital, and confined to your bed.
You may have the desire to make love, but I don't think you'd have the physical ability. That's some pretty heavy exercise, and your body isn't going to be able to do it.

Real / Artificial heart only pumps blood , making love is for another/other departments in the body..

Of course! besides the artificial heart keeping the beat steady...they also have meds that keep your heart rate steady. It's no more different than if you were exercising, everyone should know their limitations..you dont run a marathon if not not conditioned to do so...

yah. An Artificial heart is put in to help you live a normal life.
While they say love is FELT with the heart.......it's really an emotion.......the brain spits out the needed information to make us feel love.......not the heart muscle.
