lungs have lobes, the heart has chambers.
if there is a blockage anywhere in the heart itself, then emergency surgery must be done to remove it.
but I suspect you mean one of the blood vessels to the left chamber of the heart is blocked, that can be treated with angioplasty, or stent placement.
