the joke in med school several decades ago was " If you treat a cold you can get rid of it in 2 weeks, but if left untreated it will take 14 days to run it's course"

A cold is not an illness. It is the result of your body fighting something. the "stuff" is the effluent your body is discarding. there are many drugs you may take that will suppress these discharges, BUT if they're depressed where do they go-gee, I guess they stay in the body for the next time, huh.
the causes of a cold are, usually, anxiety, stress or being extremely tired

It's zicam.

Recent testing shows that airborne actually doesn't work all that well. I use Emergen-C. Take one every other day and I don't get colds in the winter anymore.

use afrin or naseonex nose spray and take a tablet called sudafedd(not sure if i spelled that right) that should help shorten a cold.
