I have a co worker who leaves slime with brown spots on the front part of the toilet seat, I think she slides across it when she gets up, has anyone ever heard of this

Whoa - too much detail. I guess you need to do your business before your co-worker uses the restroom. This doesn't happen in men's rooms, so maybe the slime is coming from a body part that men don't have?

I would take her in there and show her what she is leaving behind. She needs to clean up her mess, how disrespectful can a person be. That is so not cool with all the germs we have to live with in and around the workplace.

Maybe its poop and she's got a really bad stomach ache. also lol i wouldn't use the toilets at your work place.....
