Should they be given the same immunizations under law or writ?

no animals shouldnt have the same rights. im pretty sure my goldfish wouldnt be able to make an educated decision on who to vote for, i dont think they need to file for welfare, i really dont think they care about a right to a trial. animals do however deserve to live healthy, happy, long lives. they certainly dont need the same immunizations, when was the last time you saw a bird with polio? each animal ought to be given the appropriate vaccinations for its species, though this would obviously not apply to wild animals. unless you want to run around catching squirrels and paying for their shots, then by all means.

The right to life free from torture or being unjustifiably killed and etc. sure.

The right to vote... um... no...

Immunizations??? Hell no.
Even as humans we should have the right to say no to immunizations. I sure as hell don't want to be immunized. That stuff is EVIL and in no way works to help 'immunize'.
It's a complete fraud.

Start by reading the book Immunization: Reality or Myth by Walene James. Then read more books and do more research and you'll quickly find some terrible facts.

Different animals have different needs, such as dogs getting different shots then humans. House pets need to have certain shots such as rabbis. If you look at farm animals, they definitely should not get the same immunizations because once it is their system we then consume the same immunizations in an indirect way. Many people wonder why we have so many different types of antibiotics and what it boils down to is that many farm animals are in such horrible conditions that they need antibiotics to help clear various infections so they can be slaughtered for own consumption. Since we consume, we build up various antibiodies in our system and we become imune to other antibiotics. We need stronger ones. What needs to be done in this situation is to have the living conditions for these animals be better more safe and cleaner. Please take a look at this site, I visited the place and its an eye opener.

That's a great idea Ashley, how about if you get it started by giving shots to all the grizzly bears, that should be easy enough, I mean all you have to do is explain to them that it is for their own good, and being the thinking, feeling creatures that they are they will surely roll over and accept the shots.

That's like asking if white people deserve the same rights as black people. All living things deserve the same treatment-do to others as you would want them them do to you.

All of the live stock industry are immunised but this is for the purposes of making money - yes all animals should have the rights to be healthy but it would cost too much money to imminise animals

Troll.

p.s. who gets to define rights? There are no natural rights. Rights are man-made by society.
