Puh-leez. PF Chang's is the TGI-Friday's of Chinese food: experience over quality. It's all show.

Go to Chinatown. In Chicago: Phoenix Restaurant. In Chicago's western 'burbs: Triple Crown Restaurant.

You're assuming PF Changs is Chinese food.

I lived in Chinatown in San Francisco for years. At one of my residences, there were 18 restaurants I passed in walking a block. I'd match any of them against PF Chang's. Where do you live?

This is a little difficult to answer since you didn't tell us where the hell you live. A city and state will certainly go a long way to help you get an answer.

Don't know where you live. But Pei Wei out here in California is pretty good. Good luck :)
