i need to cook for 11 people not a sit down meal something that can be eaten standing up with a fork any ideas would be great

I get alot of feedback when i make this for my parties, on a big platter, put cream cheese, then melted caramel, top with broken pieces of hershey candy bar with almonds, slice green & red apples and put the apples around the cream cheese dip, yumm
