Herpies is the only one that comes off the top of my head, but I think there are many others just from oral sex.

herpes, bacterial vaginitis, bladder infection, and of course any other std the man may be carrying, all can be transmitted orally.
she can make her risk much lower if she requires her partner to use Listerine mouthwash for three minutes prior to letting him "indulge" with her....but especially with herpes, the risk is still there.
