Buy a blood pressure monitor at your local drug store and take readings every day at the same time of day for two weeks. That will give you an indication of your regular pressure. Every one has 'spikes' that don't necessarily indicate a problem. If you have 3 or more readings above 130/85, you should seek a Dr.'s advice.
Beyond exercising every day though, you can limit caffeine and alcohol intake and reduce sodium in your diet. I assume you don't smoke. Also, garlic supplements are known to help lower pressure.
Good luck.

Buy the book "Longevity Made Simple", and read it cover to cover. Twice. It just came out.

Its by a former National level oarsman, now Masters National level, who has been a highly regarded cardiologist in Colorado the past 30 years.

Watch your diet. Keep your blood pressure under control. Limit your intake of salt. Get regular medical checkups. If you have a problem controlling your anger, take anger management classes.

Ask your doctor for more ideas.
