I was pretty drunk, but I clearly remember him telling me that he had HPV so we absolutely had to use a condom

Warts can be anywhere around the pubic area, and all it takes is skin to skin contact to get it. No fluids need to be exchanged. It's also highly contagious. There is no test for men, other then doing a biopsy on the warts themselves, not sure about for women. You will need to have regular paps done, as some strains of HVP can cause cervical cancer.

There was a case of a guy who got HPV in a nice little ring at the top of his penis, where the condom stopped. So, I think that you should go to a doctor and get checked. Tell the doctor about this incident. Also, I think you should get the HPV shot, as cervical cancer is a nasty result of some HPV's. Finally, the lesson here is that you don't have good judgment when you're drunk, so maybe it's time to lay off the booze. The next STD you expose yourself to may not be curable, and the next guy may not be so honest.

If you gave him oral, you are probably in a bind. Do you remember any "heavy petting" or dry humping prior to penetration that might have resulted in penile/vaginal contact prior to putting on the condom? If you used a condom and only had penile-vaginal sex you "should" be okay.
Go to your gynecologist and get a PAP test and a vaginal swab as soon as possible. HPV/genital warts is the most common STD. It has a long latent period and can be transmitted when the person has no symptoms.

Your chances are pretty slim. You should be fine. I wouldnt worry about it but continue with your yearly normal checkups unless u stay to feel funny.

uh, uh...maybe he is just scaring you or joking, but i would suggest that you have a check up just to be sure!!! good for you that he used some protection. good luck! next time be more careful and try not to be drunk when having intimacy, its better when you fully well know whats happening.

ummmm.....the chances are 50/50......
you should get tested anyway just in case!
i mean if ANY fluids happen to get inside you there is a very good (actually bad) chance that you got it!
just be careful.....
but i hope you don't have it!
