angina is a clinical diagnosis, & investigations are usually not very helpful in reaching a diagnosis of angina.
angina is defined as a feeling of chest pain or discomfort, especially a squeezing or a constriciting type of pain over your chest or other parts of body , usually radiating to left arm & shoulder, aggravated on physical activity or mental stress, which may or may not e relieved by rest.
in this explanation most important thing is feeling of squeezing or constriction type , & is considered as the defining part of angina in doubtful cases as pain referred to left arm as is usually described in public literature can be due to disease of the cervical spine & nerves of the upper limb.
so if the diagnosis of angina is in doubt, get ur doctor to conduct a treadmill test to confirm it.
regarding ur question on mild exercise,
a patient with angina can exercise upto an extent that it doesnt preciptate angina or its associated symptoms. some patients with sever disease may be having anginal symptoms at rest & in those patients even walking to the toilet can be life threatening, so exercise is totally out of the question. in the rest of the cases amount of exercise will depend upon the tolerance of the patient.
if the patient is able to tolerate a particular type of activity without precipitation of symptoms, there is no harm in carrying out that activity, & this holds true for everything including mild jogging.

Yes,it is better to avoid strenuous exercises
including jogging for someone with a cardiac problem.Long, brisk walking is recommended.
Even here it is advisable to stop and rest for sometime whenever one feels even the slightest of discomfort or unease. The long walks need not be all in one stretch.
I am myself a cardiac patient having suffered
an MI over eleven years ago.I walk about 15 kilometers a day spread during the day in three
stages.
It is also suggested that the person consult with a cardiologist and have himself thoroughly evaluated before indulging in any strenuous
activity. The cardiologist's advise regarding diet and exercises should be followed meticulously.
I also recommend the person to read Dean Ornish's famous book on how to reverse the heart disease.Good Luck to the person you refer to.

One may get angina due to gas also. The so called tests will not reveal if it is due to gas or acidity. They will make you undergo further tests. If you know any good ayurvedic doctor who knows pulse diagnosis, better consult one. In ayurveda there are very good remedies for coronary artery disease such as Rudved/Cardoved/Suved/Rasoved etc. check google for more details.

Once diagnosed and with the medication, plus the emergency medication for a angina attack, mild jogging is fine, however cardiovascular, breaking into a sweat, would be risky.

i think that deep respiratory facilitates your physique to take up greater oxygen, ingesting greater of what you breath in at any given 2d. After strenous exercising your physique craves oxygen to help rebuild, fix, and feed muscle tissue that have been aggrivated, so it calls for which you in take greater air. additionally, you launch carbondioxide once you exhale, and as you run your physique produces greater, so which you may desire to expell that the two as rapid.
