I dont know the Chinese name, but the English translation is "Long Life Noodle". It is made by adding green tea to the noodle recipe, it gives the green color and has many health benefits.

The only green noodles that I know of are Barley-Green Noodles (I think it originated in Taiwan) that I've seen in some local Chinese restaurants.

I don't know how they make it green... use juice from the barley plants?

Supposedly it's a healthy alternative to regular wheat noodles.
