although it's unlikely to happen, but u still need to pay more attention.
i knew a high school student on positivesingles.com, he just infected by a bite from a class mate when they were fighting. so very unlucky, but that should be worked as a warning to us
so.. i guess, if u do did it, go to a dr.

YES!!!!
The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) which causes AIDS is transmitted through body fluids, in particular blood, semen, vaginal secretions and breast milk.
You can become infected with HIV through:
Unprotected sexual intercourse with an infected partner
Sharing needles when injecting or other use of contaminated injection or other skin-piercing equipment
Blood and blood products, for example, infected transfusions and organ or tissue transplants
Transmission from infected mother to child in the womb or at birth and breastfeeding
You cannot get HIV by:
Casual physical contact
Coughing, sneezing or kissing
Sharing toilet and washing facilities
Using eating utensils or consuming food and beverages handled by someone who has HIV
Mosquitoes or other insect bites
What happens if you have HIV?
HIV weakens the human body's immune system, making it difficult to fight infection. Treatments exist which can prevent the onset of AIDS and although there are side effects, a person can lead a healthy, active life with a long life expectancy if they respond well to treatment. However, they can still transmit the infection to others.
Early symptoms of AIDS include:
Chronic fatigue
Diarrhoea
Fever
Mental changes such as memory loss
Weight loss
Persistent cough
Severe recurrent skin rashes
Herpes and mouth infections
Swelling of the lymph nodes
Opportunistic diseases such as cancers, meningitis, pneumonia and tuberculosis may also take advantage of the body's weakened immune system.
Is there a cure?
Treatments exist which can prevent the onset of AIDS and allow periods of illness to be followed by periods of remission. However, there is no cure for AIDS. Research is currently under way into vaccines, but none is viable as yet.
How does HIV transmission occur?
HIV is a fragile virus, which can only survive in a limited range of conditions. It can only enter the body through naturally moist places and cannot penetrate unbroken skin. Prevention therefore involves ensuring that there is a barrier to the virus, for example condoms, and that skin-piercing equipment is not contaminated

If I even thought there was a chance I might have HIV or I knew I gave head to somone that had it. I'd be getting my rear checked. Better safe than sorry. We aren't doctors and HIV is very serious. Go get tested! Before I got married I got checked after every new sex partner. There wasn't many but still. Its so easy to get STDs and I never wanted to be responsible for giving one to somone else.

It's unlikely but it can happen. It's more likely to occur if open sores or blood are involved.
Best to put a flavored condom on the gentleman until you know him well enough to be sure HIV is not an issue (or until you know him well enough that both of you go get tested for HIV together).

you certainly can, it is a little known fact that most people's saliva contains blood. By giving head to a guy with HIV, the ability of infection is possible. I recommend you get tested as soon as possible!

Yes, it is possible for either partner to become infected with HIV through performing or receiving oral sex. There have been a few cases of HIV transmission from performing oral sex on a person infected with HIV. While no one knows exactly what the degree of risk is, evidence suggests that the risk is less than that of unprotected anal or vaginal sex.
If the person performing oral sex has HIV, blood from their mouth may enter the body of the person receiving oral sex through
the lining of the urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis);
the lining of the vagina or cervix;
the lining of the anus; or
directly into the body through small cuts or open sores.
If the person receiving oral sex has HIV, their blood, semen (***), pre-seminal fluid (pre-***), or vaginal fluid may contain the virus. Cells lining the mouth of the person performing oral sex may allow HIV to enter their body.
The risk of HIV transmission increases
if the person performing oral sex has cuts or sores around or in their mouth or throat;
if the person receiving oral sex ejaculates in the mouth of the person performing oral sex; or
if the person receiving oral sex has another sexually transmitted disease (STD).

only if you have an open sore that is bleeding and the male has an open sore bledding on his penis.
HIV dies quickly when exposed outside of the body.
Be sure and use safe sex and get tested routienly.
