Live in East Yorkshire England and I HATE winter, really really hate it. I hate the fact that nothing grows, the dark, cold, short days, I hate the damp, the frost, the rain and I hate snow the most of all. I think you get the picture.

Like it here in the South, the temps are actually bearable in the winter time.

Also, liked it when I lived in CO, wasn't nearly as humid there, so even though it got cold, it wan't a wet cold so it didn't chill you to the bone. Whenever it snowed, it was a light, fluffy snow that was easily cleared.

Was not a fan of it when I was in the KS and MO area. With the higher humidity the cold was a heavy, wet cold that would absolutely chill you to your core. The snow was wet and heavy and would compact into a hard ice layer if not cleared right away. Not to mention the ice storms that knocked out power and knocked down trees.

The change in seasons is one of the virtues of New England.Winter is OK if you love to skate, ski, hike. It is quite invigorating compared with long stretches of hot weather. One also experiences a dormant season for plantlife and kind of makes you look forward to Spring . So long as there is no sleet or freezing rain I rather liked winter. Now that I am older and less fleet afoot I may have to change my tune.

I live in an Asian country where there is no winter, but if you ask me I really like it because I love to be in cold weather and feel the chilling everywhere! And I think it will be very fabulous having all the snow falls

I live in the south, so I like it a lot. But because we don't get insanely negative temperatures or snow, really. Although, we do get ice storms...don't like those.

But cold weather in general I love, because I love wearing jackets. haha.
