I usually give the jar a shake to try to break up what I need.
If it's a big hard clump, I pour it into a ziploc bag and take a mallet to it, to break up the clumps.

Add a bit of rice in the jars, when you shake the jars it will loosen up he spices ,and since the holes are small it wont fall out of the jars when you sprinkle. Try not to keep your spices where you have steam in the kitchen.

Place a folded towel on the counter ,give the spice jar a couple of sharp taps ,rotate & repeat till the contents loosen. If the jar mouth permits a narrown handle of any kitchen utensil can be used to stir it up,this must be totally dry to keep the spice fresh & free of moisture.
powdered spices do not really coagulate, particles merely adhere together even with the slightest moisture , Certain liquids like milk coagulate when made into yogurt, blood coagulates when it clots.

All I know is that to keep salt flowing you'd place a few grains of rice in the glass jar. I don't know if that will work with those other items or not. You might want to try it. Otherwise just hit the glass jar into the palm of your hand a few times.

Store them with rice in the jar. The rice will soak up the moisture. Note that you can only shake it out if you try this. Pouring it out will give you the rice back.

Spices should be kept in a cool, dry place. If they become caked they are probably old and should be replaced. They lose their potency after 6 months or so.
