It is possible that you are diabetic. It really doessn't matter what you ate a week or so ago...that should not affect you now. Go to the nurse at your college and see what they recommend. It could be a host of other things such as a UTI etc......

I think it is more likely you have a urinary tract infection, frequency, odor, genital itching......you have a bladder infection at the least...possibly an std. Yes you could be diabetic, but even that would make you prone to bladder infections. Drink, at least two liters of water a day, drink a glass of cranberry juice every morning, this will help to control the infection until you can get in to see a doctor.

So constant urination that smells funny made you think diabetes? It could be a bladder infection or something less major than diabetes. If you are a college student, then your school should have a student health services department/office that could help fun tests for urinary tract infection.

ok just because you ate an enourmous amount of sweets a week ago does'nt generally mean your diabetic. but you said you were over weight which puts you at risk for diabetes. also if it runs in your family it increases your risk. junk does'nt cause diabetes. that was proven by health scholars.its usaully the lack of insulin being produced in the pancreas. but yeah you should still get checked

If you are diabetic, eating lots of sugar will cause big medical problems.

The itch can be from fungus. It comes from people's sweaty feet.
