We don't want to spend too much more than maybe 300.00 so what can we do for that? HELP!

How big is this company? I took 13 employees out for bowling and pizza and soda (beer they had to pay for), and it came in at about $300. And I gave away cash prizes for the top 3 bowlers.

A scavenger hunt might be fun. Break the group into teams. Have everyone meet up after the hunt at your favorite bar/restaurant. Serve heavy hors d' oeuvres and have a cash bar. You should be able to pull it off for $300.

Maybe you can have In and Out burgers come and bring a truck on site (if in California) or a taco truck can make tacos on the spot.
I would need to know how many people you are talking about, where you are doing it (in the office or outside the office) and where you work (city, closest metrocity) etc.
