I am deathly afraid of getting an STD (i'm a virgin) and I know I won't get it from sex. But, I've heard people say you can get some stds just from touching people, hugging, sleeping in the same bed as someone with it. If so, can I get crabs from sitting at a desk where someone with crabs sat at school, using a public toilet seat at school or any public place, etc.? Please help.

The chance of gettin STD's or whatever is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY slim... like a 1 in a billion kinda odds were talkin... so lets jus say the chances you get it from huggin.. toilet seats.. etc... is probably smaller than the odds of dying in a car crash or gettin hit by lightning.. or other long shot type ****...

a.
don't sit on the toilet seat without placing paper on it first.
b.
crabs isn't an std. it's more like lice. it's not good but it's not a disease. on the really off chance you could get it with your lifestyle, you could get rid of it.
c.
if you're not having sex, you're not going to get an STD. STD stands for "sexually transmitted disease."

you'll be fine
