I think John Besh will win. He is confident, composed under stress, very graceful and he has the experience. Never seems frazzled, he seems just like Flay, Batali & Morimoto.

I like Michael Symon to win this. His personality is great and he seems very down to earth. He's not cocky like Besh is.
Looks like he has the advantage with his buddy on the judges panel too. Looks like he can't lose.
I wouldn't count out Aaron Sanchez though. His style is one thats not represented on the current roster of Iron Chef's. Its his to lose basically.

Ruhlman's blog is pretty funny and he talks about how his friendship with Symon and NIC, plus he gives behine-the-scene takes on the show. http://blog.ruhlman.com/

I, too, like John Besh. He seems to be having fun.
Constenino is too much into offal.
Sanchez is too whiny.
Symon seems good too.

The Judges
I like Ruhlman at least he's a chef/author.
I don't know the other two.
People are like Donatella's cleavage shots but it kind of grosses me out - old lady boobs.
The other guy just seems too uptight and whiny.

Behind-the-scenes.
The reason the chefs were sweating in the first few episodes was that the ventilaton system was turned off so the sound crew could pick up the audio. As a result, the chefs were working in over 100 F room temp.

Chef Kaysen was eliminated from the show. When the food is cooked, the dish is filmed and then put on ice for tasting later that day after the cameras are reset at the judging table. Apparently, the crew messed up Kaysen's dish by soaking it in ice water. Kaysen was eliminated so Sanchez snuck into 4th.

I think Besh will win. That one judge, Michael Ruhlman and that chef (Michael Symon) are buddies from Cleveland! They were all hanging out with Bourdain on No Reservations when they filmed the show in Cleveland. People say they hang out together all the time. He also never says anything bad or negative about Symon. Isnt that a conflict of interest???

I also think Besh will win. He's a great chef with a terrific personality. He just seems to have everything it takes to be an iron chef!
