My first outbreak was HORRIBLE. My reoccurring outbreaks are not NEARLY as bad as my first one. My reoccurring outbreaks tend to last about 5 or 6 days.

If you haven't started taking your anti viral medication yet - you should now.

I find warm bathes help me out a lot. Take a nice warm bubble bath and when you are done dry your genital area off with a blow dryer. I know, it sounds stupid, but it works and my doctor told me to do it too. Rubbing your genital area dry with a towel can spread the sores. Then put on some nice soft cotton underwear and some nice pajama pants. Avoid having anything real tight fitting on. You can also try and put an ice pack on to try and numb the pain a little bit. And you can always take some Ibuprofen for the pain.

Good luck to you! I know how bad it can get!

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/HERPESTreatment2o15vGDq

Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Genital herpes is an STD precipitated by way of HSV-one million or HSV-two, despite the fact that, genital herpes is most of the time precipitated by way of HSV-two. Genital herpes is a contagious viral contamination affecting specifically the genitals of guys and females. Genital herpes is characterised by way of recurrent clusters of vesicles and lesions on the genital places or under the waist. A individual commonly will get HSV-two contamination throughout sexual touch with any person who has a genital HSV-two contamination. Transmission might arise even though there's no noticeable outbreak if the inflamed individual is losing. While often now not damaging, this can be a nuisance and will also be emotionally worrying, as there's no healing.

The frequency and duration of herpes outbreaks varies from person to person. The first outbreak is usually the worst/longest though.

You can minimise outbreaks via diet, medication and stress management. Speak to a sexual health professional for details.

Are you taking medicine to shorten the time of the outbreaks and the lessen the outbreaks. If you're not talk to your dr. about it and I'm sure he can prescribe something. Good Luck and sorry I don't have herpes.
