the pain I had felt like it was at the bottom of my heart. it lasted over an hour,sharp pain like stabbing.my heart palapated then it stopped.what do you think?

i was just sitting here when the pain started.i'm not under stress. yes heart diease runs in my family. mother had a heart attack at age 55.It felt like stabbing on the bottom of my heart.

Do you exhibit any risk factors for heart disease, Ie Overweight, Smoking, etc. was the pain after eating or during exercise? To many issues to answer. Cal your doctor and have a check up. You want to be sure in is not angina or a small heart attack.

well u werent very descriptive,no details,like was it after a stress,any how,ischemic heart disease mainly occur in males,sometimes occur in young age group in cases of dyslipidemia,the symptoms of ischemic heart disease are:high intensity pain in the chest on the left side that might radiate to any direction oftenly to the left arm.
what uve said occur normally to everyone but if it is assosciated with stress or intense pain,u should consult ur doctor.otherwise.it is normal,happen to everyone once a while,dont be obssessive!!!

Are you obese? if you are try not to eat fatty foods.It could affect your body very badly.I have seen that your family has a history of heart problem.Then you should be more concerned and alert about you heart.Keep it healthy,keep fit ,do excersise each morning to help your hert muscles to get stronger.
