what should you glucoselevel be after fasting for 9 hours? im not a diabetic but i do check it once in awhile to make sure its good please let me know

80-120, generally around 100.

So what is your level. what number are you going for? I hope you keep it on the underside of 100 but no less than 70 then you go to work.


Ps why do you fast for 9 hours? Do you think that is good for your health?

<100 is normal
100-130(2nd value varies) is acceptable in a diabetic

anywhere from 70 to 100 is completely normal.
