I like to go oral on my women. However the fear of catching HIV looms large in my mind and undermines all the pleasure. Hence I typically avoid despite a desire. How easy is it to catch HIV during oral with a female? Does the virus reside in vaginal secretions?

YES. YES. YES.

HIV can be transmitted by the following FOUR body fluids:
Blood, Semen, Vaginal Fluids, Breast Milk

It would be considered a LOW risk activity. There are no well-designed studies offering evidence of transmission through cunnilingus (oral-vaginal). However, the extremely small number of case reports in which transmission has been attributed to performing cunnilingus supports the classification of it as LOW risk.

If the woman is menstruating and blood is present, I would NOT perform oral sex without a dental dam (see below), as blood usually carries a higher amount of virus than other body fluids)

Her HIV+ vaginal fluids would not only have to enter your mouth, but find a way into your bloodstream (that doesn't involve stomach acid, as that will kill it). Anything that causes a disruption in your mouth cavity can facilitate that process (make it easier):
-cuts, burns, bleeding gums (wait 1hour after brush/floss before you engage in oral sex), ulcers (from STIs), recent dental work

-To be safe, a barrier can be used (dental dam) in between the mouth and the vagina (square piece of latex).

"hence i typically avoid despite a desire" good, actually, i have already done it, what u need to do is to keep it, i mean, not do it anymore, okay?
the possibility is quite likely and i m telling u that i once had a friend whom i knew on positivesingles.com, he is now a HIV+, and mainly due to his inclination to suck, okay? so...
i guess u can do it, right? good luck!

HIV can be passed in any body fluid except saliva.

The highest risk would be if you had cuts on your gums or had sores in your mouth. If your gums bleed when you brush your teeth, for example.

HIV cannot be transferred through saliva, so you should be okay. she will be open to any STDs you may have contracted though. HIV does reside in vaginal secretions, but not solely.

no longer something is for particular yet:...... the girl could be sparkling.... and whether she develop into contaminated, as long as you had no broken pores and skin on your mouth or tongue you may in all probability be fantastic. The pimple is in all probability a re-occurence of shingles due on your stress The stiff neck , itching eye and discomfort in throat could be a chilly or flu drawing near....' The penis discomfort is in all probability psychosomatic. quit your annoying, get some relax, consume properly, drink a lot of water, and shop faraway from "parlours"
