I see that no one has mentioned thrush yet?
high sugar levels in the urine can also cause thrush in the penis, in men it is a thick off white discharge around the head of the penis along with a swollen tight and dry foreskin.
its treatable like the female version of thrush in the same manner.
as mentioned before it can also affect blood flow to the penis and in serious cases cause impotence if the sugar levels are not monitored and controlled closely.
if you have any concerns go and see you're doctor, he/she will be best to advise you on any problems you may have. it may feel a little embarrassing but if you are having problems its worth seeing them.
i was petrified the first time i got thrush, but its a case of tell them what the problem is and let them have a look at it, they don't have to touch it if you don't want them to.

Yes it does also eyes, kidneys, heart and feet.
I am a Diabetic and it`s so hard to make sure that you keep your blood on the right side.
But Sex is not everything My Wife and I had a very very good Sex Life you name it we did it and never missing a Day.
But back in 1998 my Pancreas ruptured and I was dead at one point, but my wife nursed me (with the help of the Doctors and nurses) when I got out of hospital after 5 months .
We where both just glad to have each other so now it`s a Kiss and a Cuddle and we still Love each other so much.
So if you are having problems I hope you can sort something out.
Good Luck.

No, but it can affect the functioning of the penis. Erectile dysfunction is often a problem. A person with diabetes may need to see a men's clinic to get treatment for this problem.,

Diabetes affects the whole body so if the penis is attached, I would say yes. A lot of men have ED (erectile dysfunction). You need to see your doctor. There are medications on the market that can help with that problem.

If you take the proper steps to treat diabetes, things should be just fine down there. I use a penis health creme too just to make sure my penis is getting the vitamins and nutrients it needs to function properly. Man1 Man Oil is the name of it.. you should check it out. It's good stuff.

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/l0uhG

If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.

Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

Hi KR, Diabetes is a miserable disease, and yes it can effect errectile function when the disease is not treated.

The best way to avoid these problems is to take caution with your diet and pay close attention to symptoms to avoid damage to any and all parts of the body from diabetes.
