Hence the market for organic dairy, which removes the hormones and antibiotics, at least. (Still bloody and puss-y though.)
I'm in favor of people being aware of this because I think they should be able to deal with the animal they're eating as a whole animal. That's why I like buying (locally farmed, organic) organ meats occasionally - cutting up a big ol' bloody liver connects you with the animal as a whole.

E...yuck!
Don't forget...
has traces if pus, blood, hormones, antibiotics, AND has protein that has been linked to cancers, heart disease, diabetes, MS, and so many more diseases it's just not worth the risk!
Say NO to milk...
stop believing the lies the allmighty dairy council has been spewing for so many years.
Does it really make sense to drink the milk of another animal even afte you're all grown up?
Let logic prevail!

Depending on the source, yes there are farms that don't use hormones or anti-biotics for there cows, I mean what the diffetent between plant hormones and animal hormones.
I would say
a) and b) because no one on earth drinks cream or yogurt.
But as this question is so pro-animal rightish I guess your looking for e) as they have come from milk.
Personally I don't mind a little pus in my diet, it keeps you immune system healthy, there has been some research done showing that todays fear of germs has lead to an increase of algeric reactions. Just do a internet search on "hygiene hypothesis".
