I think I would need some background information to give intelligent advice on this one. Really think about why you want to be vegan again and do the research thoroughly. Lastly, make sure you have a balanced diet no matter what you decide to do. If you don't already cook for yourself, it may be something you might want to learn how to do.

Here is a vegan food pyramid link just to get you started on your research: http://www.chooseveg.com/vegan-food-pyramid.asp

Good luck.

You have to ask yourself why you fell off the wagon and do you have strategies in place to avoid another lapse. You don't want to go vegan again only to slip again into vegetarianism.

Basically, you have to do what's right for you.

Yes, you should, if you believe exploiting and killing animals is wrong. Just ask yourself: is it right to take away a cow's baby just days after it's born, just so we can steal its milk? Is it right that the calve should be sent to the slaughter house, just for so we can have milk? Is it right that hens spend their entire lives in tinsy cages, just so we can have their eggs? That male chicks should be crushed alive because they are useless, and we only want the chicks that can give us eggs later? That all these hens should end up at the slaughter house when they don't give so many eggs anymore?

Veganism is hard and expensive. Make sure you have enough money to pay for the nutrients you're missing in cheaper foods like milk and eggs. Also if you're serious about veganism, you are gonna have to do a lot of research. A lot of hidden vegan ingredients in non-obvious foods. :)

Go for it, if you're ready.

It's probably good. Make sure to take multivitamins/minerals, because I believe there are certain nutrients that you'll be missing when you're not taking animal products.
