Cardiac arrhythmias are a number of things. Anything that is not a normal sinus rythm is considered an arrhythmia. Things like a 1, 2, or 3rd degree blocks, BBB are all arrythmias

If you have them many things could be causing them. Nerves, too much coffee, cokes, smoking. They have many pills they can give you for this, but some are not really good for lyou. If nerves xanax will slow down the brain as beer. Vitamin E, resveratrol, calcium with magnesium. Also a baby aspirin and the e will stop any blood from building up in heart chambers. Take care.
