My husband is diabetic, and we have been trying to have a child for the last few months, and I was wondering is there anything that I can give him to help with conception? I know that when his sugar is too high he can not have sex, and when its too low we can not have sex, and then he gets upset and frustated because he feels that he cannot perform sexually as a man. I want to help and make him feel like that it is not a factor with us trying to get pregnant. Does being diabetic as a man play a role in his sperm count? And does it effect me as his wife?

He needs to concentrate on maintaining good blood glucose control, lots of daily exercise (the more sweat, the better), a few supplements (including cinnamon, and keeping the weight down.

You need to understand that there will be times when he can't perform and assure him that you'll be ready the next time he is. It's partly about building confidence back. I usually do best in the morning after a good sleep. I know you women don't always feel like it in the morning, but that's just how it is with us diabetic men.

Here are a few supplements that can help (in order of effectiveness):

Enzyte ingredients:
horny goat weed extract (Epimedium sagittatum)(10% flavonoids as icariin) (whole plant)
L-arginine HCl
Ginkgo biloba leaf 6:1 extract
saw palmetto berry
Tribulus terrestris extract (10% saponins) (stem and fruit)
Panax ginseng root extract (4% ginsenosides)
vegetable cellulose
Swedish flower pollen extract
Avena sativa (aerial parts)
zinc gluconate
maca root
niacin
zinc citrate
zinc oxide
copper oxide
muira puama stem 4:1 extract
copper gluconate
octacosanol

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Get him to a doctor and get his blood pressure checked too. The longer you wait to start taking care of yourself, the less time you will live. Each time your sugar is high, you are damaging yourself in so many ways. Plus diabetes allows so many other diseases to quickly take over your body. He has nothing to lose by going and getting checked and then learning how to take care of himself and absolutely everything to lose. Ask your doctor all those other questions when you get there. Just demand he goes and don't take no for an answer. . .if he doesn't care about himself-what about you and the baby you two want. Diabetes is progressive, there is no turning back the clock, you can only work to control it and slow it down. The longer you wait, the further along you are and the more damage you have. Drag him. . .
