One important thing you need to know there can be serious complications from have anal sex. The rectum is composed mainly of blood vessels. Hemorrhoids can flare up when you are having anal sex and the blood vessels are so easy to burst. Exposure to blood, normally you bleed more from the rectum when u have anal sex. Anal tears or fissures around the rectum. No control over bowels when u r having anal sex. I knew this girl who would poo all over herself when the urge hit. Also greater risk of exposure do stds.
