I'm a meat eater, but I was a ova-lacto vegetarian. But, I want to switch back to that lifestyle. I wasn't as healthy as I could have been. I did alot of pasta, bread, cheese, and soy. I noticed that the soy started breaking my skin out. So, I stopped using it. I'm not sure if me balancing soy with veggies would have given me better results. But, it was my first time going vegetarian. I did research and found out about the different types. Then chose ova-lacto (eggs and dairy vegetarian ). I should have ate more green veggies. I probably would have had better results. It lasted for a year. I was very proud, no meat or poultry.

I don't like red meat, only fish and chicken. So I'm not a vegetarian but I'm not a meat eater, either.

I'm a vegetarian however I do eat some dairy products. So I suppose that makes me a lacto-vegetarian. Interesting that there is a special category name for people who do not eat meat and yet no special name for meat-eaters(excluding the term carnivore which normally applies only to non-humans).

I've been a vegetarian for 10 years so far, since I was four. I plan on staying so for the rest of my life!
