You had unprotected sex, with someone you know nothing about, brilliant. Sounds as if you have one raging infection, an STD. You need to see a doctor. And for heavens sake, spare your poor wife getting it and stay away from her till you are clean.

You probably have gonnarea. You need to see a doctor for some antibiotics, something like penicillin. It won't go away by itself, although the burning should subside over time. You can spread it to someone else if you don't take care of it.
