Umm...I'm not that familar with pork or any meat to be honest to tell you yes or no.....imagine that. This IS the vegetarian and vegan forum silly.

Only if there were worms in it to begin with. Pork in the grocer's have to meet certain standards in order to be sold, so no, there are not worms crawling around in pork in general.
