There are actually a lot. Schwebels (sp?) is what I usually buy if I don't get the store brand. I have very rarely found whey in store breads. The thing you need to be careful of in wheat bread is honey.

Sourdoughs are usually safe. I tried that Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted bread the other day because it was all I could find whole-grain wise that didn't have either whey or honey. It was pretty good; it's very filling and sticks with you.

Try "Oliver's Breads" they are all natural most of their bread line uses no milk, butter or sugar. You still need to look at the label but it is much easier once you know a brand. You can always purchase a bread machine and make your own it is really easy and much cheaper. Good Luck!
