I understand the Chinese restaurants have 2 menus (one in English which has the more Americanized food on it, and one in Chinese which has the authentic Chinese food). So since i can't read Chinese I'm pretty sure I'm getting the Americanized version. I like either the honey chicken or beef with veggies. so yes, Amero-Chinese food makes me feel good.

In a restaurant: It's the oils and grease I try to avoid. If I don't eat -- or keep to a minimum - dishes that include ingredients that have been deep fried, or are very oily and if I order primarily vegetables, tofu and rice or noodle dishes, and I don't eat too much, I'm OK..
At home: We steam many of our foods and toss fry our vegetables -- minimize the red meats we eat. Yes, Chinese food makes me feel good.

Yes only when I go to a certain Chinese restaurant the only one where I order one of two dishes I really, really love.
Otherwise, it makes no difference to me, I might as well open a can of soup or sandwich at home.

While I'm eating it, yes. Then I always eat too much, my heart races and I feel huge and bloated, and all I can do is be miserable on the couch. But then I'll have leftovers the next two days and still crave more.
I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. :)

no the grease gives me a belly ache, even though it tastes good at the time, i usually regret it later
