If you have, even a small cut in your finger or a wound, YES you can get AIDS if the person is sick. Because the virus is able to pass from the sick person´s fluids to your blood system.
If you have a perfectly sane finger with not the slightest cut, NO you will NOT be infected. But do clean well that finger before you touch your eyes or touch any wound in your body or you will be history.

If there are no open sore on the finger, aids is highly unlikely to transfer from one person to the other.
