This is my "Southwest style" scrambled tofu recipie.
Mash tofu for scrambling
season with:
a bit of soy sauce
McKay's chicken seasoning or a animal-free broth that is made to taste like chiken broth
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
Nutritional yeast
when tofu is almost done add salsa and/or diced tomatoes. Keep in mind that the tofu must be almost done before adding tomato products, because tomatoes can chemically react with other food and stop it from cooking.
Eat with tortillas, more salsa if you want, and vegan sourcream (or regular sour cream)

in case you desire to grow to be vegan you won't be able to eat eggs by way of fact it relatively is part of an animal. My cousin is vegan and interior the morning she eats toasted bread with "peanut butter" (by way of fact it relatively is vegan nuts), each and every now and then she'll by making use of a few tofu and style it to flavor like Francis Bacon (or something for that remember), in line with probability you've a constructive fruit salad, non-dairy yogurt, or in case you have a vegan eating place on your community you are able to purely bypass eat something there! wish this facilitates and good success ;)

Warning: it's addictive. Like crack. I don't know if it'll taste like what you're used to because I've never had nasoya, but it's soooo good!
