It is perfectly normal unless you take the one that is least obvious and equate that with some other portion of your life. Don´t think of how you got there but where you will be when it´s over. Never give in to the feeling that the last thing you do is something that is only a fancy in passing. Keep to the inner self and you will free the bonds that bind.

NO! This is not normal, and I would recommend to you now to gwet that out of your head, the thought that you are ALWAYS sick, because I am telling you now, the mind is a POWERFUL thing and if you sit there and believe you have something, believe me, it will turn out you do! You are going to be fine. Just get those thought out of your head now, before its too late and you come down with something you wished upon yourself!

It's somewhat normal to think that bad things can happen to us. However, the question is...are these thoughts interferring with your ability to function in society? If it interferes with your ability to socialize with others, or your obesessions are intense enought that they cause you great anxiety that interfers with your to have relationships, complete your job or your daily tasks, then no...this is not normal and would require phychological intervention.

You probably are a hypochondriac. I'm not bashing you, because I am one myself. You can trick your mind into believing something really is happening to your body. Just slow down when it happens and ask yourself-- Am I really likely to be sick here or am I just freaking out?

hypochondriacs have a very unhappy and confused existence, are they sick, are they not? They can't seem to decide. Suggest that behavioral cognitive therapy might help you out.

Sounds like you do have a tendency toward hypochondria. No biggie. You are aware of it and we all have a tendency towards some flakiness. BEWARE those who seem perfectly normal!

No. You sound like a hypochondriac to me. Try going to the doctor and getting on some medication.

If you think you are, chances are, you are a hypocondriac, and sick! na just kidding, just allow yourself to be around more germs, and build an immunity, its that simple.
