Because the heart is sensitive and should be sensitive. The only way for it to be easier is to build a thick, concrete wall around it, which some people do, but that is no fun.

Aww I wish I could tell ya it gets easier but it never does. Pain is what we risk to find love..One day you'll find the right one and none of this will matter anymore. Just try to take something positive from it all...

It gets easier when you get out of high school. Then you can sit in your car outside of their house for days until one day you just go to 7 Eleven instead and you know that you're over them. Go get 'em, tiger!
