Use Pysillium husk .

Whenever I am going to eat pizza or any fast food or fatty fried food, I take one tablespoon of Pysillium Husk with water about 10 minutes before eating .

This way it will flush out all the fat easily from the body.

Pick the closest weekend after your binge and plan to stay home. Stick to a 24-48 hour time period where you prepare and eat raw, juiced, and/or lightly steamed vegetables (you can season with fresh herbs, garlic and pepper, but no salt). Fruit is an option, but because of the sugar content, eat sparingly. Drink water only 20 minutes after eating so that your body has a chance to digest properly first. You will most likely be hungry every 2-3 hours. This is the reason why you need to stay home while you are cleansing.

Once you are done with your cleansing, begin with a very light meal that is easy to digest. Dry whole grain toast and a cup of peppermint tea with a little bit of honey is a good start. If you feel fine after 2-3 hours, you can slowly increase your intake of food. One thing to keep in mind is that fats (oils, butter, lard, etc) is very difficult to digest. Keep fats out of your diet for at least another 24 hours after your cleansing so that you allow your digestive system time to acclimate to your usual diet again.

You can do a Vitamin C Flush ( I use the EneG C drinks) spread out over the day 4 drinks made as stated on package, nothing else but fresh pure vegan food all day. Raw would be ideal.
Or my Fave a Fresh Veggie Juice Feast for a day. So this is not a "fast" drink 64oz. of fresh made Veggie juice. Use lots of greens, Spinach, Romaine, etc.along with Carrots, Red Bells, Celery, Cukes.

Drinking water...that doesn't mean drinking truck loads of it....that means drinking enough. Water is the natural way to flush your system remember. Properly filtered water that is. If you have bad water...then eat water foods...foods that are mainly water...like none other than the water melon...foods that are water based....they have a name but I forget. Water is the natural way to flush your system though. Nothing else is quite like it....those silly products cost a lot more too.

save some slender rapid or nutrition bars on your automobile. in case you experience hungry, even purely a splash, attempt and consume something at living house earlier you bypass away. raw foods and lots of water. chop up some fuit and veg, no baking frying grilling, that way you dont lose any nutrients and its helps to relive any effects of eating unhealthy foods. i do it after i gotto the movies coz i usually pig out on maltesers and popcorn and slushies then i get bad stomach aches from too much sugar and salt.
